Job summary

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join an educational team. You will support students with diverse learning needs by delivering individualized instruction and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

A state certification in Special Education and a degree in the field are required. You will collaborate with colleagues, families, and service providers to implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active state certification in Special Education.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Adapt curriculum for diverse learning needs in small groups and inclusive settings.
• Monitor, assess, and document progress toward IEP goals using data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
• Maintain confidential records and comply with legal/ethical guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student evaluations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
