Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher (SPED) certified in the state of practice to work in a school setting. This is a contract, full time position.

The role involves advocating for students with disabilities, coordinating with teachers, parents, and administration, and ensuring compliance with Special Education policies. It requires solid communication, organization, and knowledge of SPED law.

Qualifications

• Must have passed content exam.
• Must be fully licensed with SC teaching license.
• Must be special education endorsed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the advocate for all students with disabilities (SwD).
• Act as the liaison between teachers, administration, parents, and students.
• Develop an understanding of Special Education Law and school policies.
• Possess impeccable communication and people skills.
• Be extremely organized.
