Job summary

Young World Physical Education is hiring full-time Special Education Paraprofessionals for the Selinsgrove Area School District, starting in the 2026-2027 school year. The positions are nine months long, seven hours per day, and non-medical/dental benefit eligible. Applicants must be able to obtain clearances and complete Mandated Reporter training. Benefits include paid sick days, personal days, and training.

Qualifications

• Successful applicants will be required to obtain current Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances.
• Completion of Mandated Reporter training is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the education of students with disabilities.
• Support teachers in daily classroom activities.
• Work with students to enhance their learning experience.
