Qualifications

• Minimum age of 19 years.
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
• Ability to pass State and Federal background checks.
• CPR/First Aid and MANDT certification (training provided if needed).
• Physical ability for frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Ability to read computer screens, hear speech at normal levels, and communicate clearly.
• Commitment to inclusivity and willingness to accommodate diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals.
• Assist with community outings and school-based activities.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and Individual Education Programs (IEP).
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with staff and students.
• Participate in physical activities and assist with lifting materials.
