Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll and training.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils according to standards.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; reports low stock to supervisor.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
