• Ability to supervise hourly food service staff and assist in payroll and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates: hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils; cleans workstation and displays.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Explains menu items accurately to associates and customers.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; tracks production, consumption, and waste; reports low supplies.
