Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll and training.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Ensures proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps track of peak production and service hours and monitors inventory.
