Job summary

Valor Christian High School is seeking a Shuttle Driver and Campus‑Facility Support to operate the school shuttles during all school days, ensuring safe transport of students on established routes and adherence to all policies.

The role includes vehicle inspections, maintaining logs, and reporting maintenance needs. On non‑shuttle days, duties shift to campus support, assisting with facilities tasks and projects while working with the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Driving record must meet Valor Vehicle Usage Policy
• CDL not required but preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and alcohol/drug screening
• Ability to pass medical examination and/or medical history review
• Must be able to drive safely and meet health standards
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Knowledge of local routes and driving in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Shuttle drive all morning and afternoon shifts when school is in session
• Safely operate shuttles on established routes and follow transportation policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete logs
• Maintain vehicles clean and fueled and report issues
• Provide campus facility support on non-shuttle days and assist with maintenance and projects
• Demonstrate teamwork and serve as a reliable team member to Facilities Manager
