We are hiring immediately for a FULL TIME SHIFT SUPERVISOR (HOURLY) position.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure adherence. Essential duties include:

1. Providing training and creating work schedules.
2. Evaluating worker performance, rewarding high performers, and disciplining underperformers.
3. Preparing production or sales reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
4. Serving as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentoring and developing employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
6. Performing other duties as assigned.
