Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred; apprentice-level experience considered.
• 2+ years of hands-on plumbing service or repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
• Install, maintain, and replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment.
• Perform service calls and respond to emergency plumbing repairs in a timely manner.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job.
• Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
