Morrie's Auto Group in Peoria, IL is seeking a Full Time Shuttle Service Associate. You will shuttle customers, assist in the service drive, and help maintain orderly operations in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, moving vehicles, handling basic office tasks, and supporting technicians. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable, punctual work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service drive.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired.
• Assist with filling and other office duties.
• Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles.
• Run customer's cars through the car wash.
• Assist guests during high traffic times in the service drive.
• Pick up parts if needed.
• Move vehicles for technicians.
• Keep service aisle neat and orderly.
• Answer phones in the service department.
• Greet customers on the service drive.
• Direct customers, manage relations, and liaise between customer and advisors.
• Filing repair orders.
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested.
