Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Server to provide friendly, timely meal service to residents and guests in our California communities. You will learn the menu, assist with dining room setup, and uphold hospitality standards while supporting a safe, caring environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with seniors, communicate well, and can adapt to flexible hours. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within ISL.

Qualifications

• Experience serving seniors or in elder care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• You will take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards
