You will take accurate orders, manage POS transactions, upsell cocktails and wines, and uphold safety and service standards. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a vibrant city setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and service etiquette.
• Polished communicator with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid food safety and alcohol service certifications.
