Frothy Monkey in Downtown Nashville is hiring a friendly Server to join our team. If you enjoy creating welcoming guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want you.

You will take orders, operate POS, bus tables, run food, and keep the dining area organized while upholding our core values of Quality, Relationships, Warmth, and Growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team.
• Acquire and maintain proper regulatory serving permits.
• Lift up to 50 pounds safely.

• Be familiar with the local farmers and purveyors we partner with and the relationships that connect our ingredients to our community.
• Take guest orders, operate POS systems, bus tables, run food/drinks, complete required side work and additional duties as assigned.
