Job summary

Lakeview Senior Living is seeking a Full Time Server/Dishwasher to join our team at our Independent Living facility in Lakewood, CO. This role supports the culinary team as both a Dishwasher and a Server, with flexibility during peak dining times.

We value reliability, teamwork, and attention to sanitation, and provide a friendly, resident-focused work environment. Prior server or dishwasher experience is welcomed but not required. This is a full-time position with weekends included.

Qualifications

• Previous server/dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Guests to ensure a wonderful dining experience.
• Take 100% responsibility for guests' experience and respond promptly to requests.
• Keep assigned sections clean and ready for seating.
• Answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant details.
• Assist with pre-bussing, clearing, cleaning, and setting tables.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas and assist during peak periods.
• Maintain a professional and personable appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
