Lakeview Village in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Full Time Dishwasher to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly kitchen, supporting residents with quality dining services. Duties include scrapping and washing dishes by hand or in the machine, proper storage, daily cleaning of the dish and prep areas, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred; ability to read and understand English; empathetic attitude toward the elderly; teamwork; and adherence

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation, cross-contamination policies and HACCP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes food from dishes, washes them by hand or in the dish machine using proper infection control procedures.
• Stores dishes, utensils, and pans in the proper places.
• Keeps dish room, utility room, and prep areas clean and orderly.
• Assists with food preparation as needed.
• Lifts and moves food stock items and ensures proper storage.
• Follows safety requirements and Lakeview Village policies.
• Maintains proper uniform and hygiene for food service staff.
• Collaborates with inter-department staff to support dining programs.
• Upholds Residents' rights and ensures respectful service.
