Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a friendly Server to provide clean, organic, and sustainable cuisine to guests pursuing wellness. You will educate guests about food, build lasting relationships, and deliver meals with warmth and efficiency in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The role requires flexible availability, at least 1 year in a fast-paced food setting, strong communication, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced food environment.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly and stand for long periods.
• Fluent English skills to clearly explain menus and take accurate orders.

• Set up and break down the dining room according to SOPs.

• Check in with guests throughout meals and attend to needs.
• Represent Canyon Ranch as an ambassador, helping guests immerse in a holistic wellness experience.

We do cuisine right. You will serve clean, organic and sustainable cuisines to guests looking to transform their health. You will learn to appreciate the right food and help educate guests with the same knowledge. You will enjoy extending exceptional service to guests and member who come back time after time to immerse themselves in healthy living and building relationships everyday. Our Servers are primarily responsible for providing quality food service to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.84 per hour
