Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas, and to handle laundry duties in our commercial facilities. The role follows a 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday schedule and offers competitive pay and benefits in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years related experience; prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to standards, process and procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas per standards.
• Make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, visitors, staff, and the general public.
• Follow written and oral instructions on mixing cleaning chemicals.
• Relate information about a resident's condition.
• Manage supplies and report needs to supervisor.
• Operate buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums, and all commercial laundry equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
