Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas following a set schedule and established procedures. The role also includes handling laundry in our commercial facilities and supporting a clean, orderly environment for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior housekeeping experience, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to standards.
• Maintains sanitary conditions in assigned areas.
• Follows written and oral cleaning instructions for mixing chemicals.
• Operates buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums and laundry equipment.
• Additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
