Job summary

The Hampton and Ashley Inn, part of Koelsch Communities, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper for a full-time position on the day shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM). Earn $18–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and more.

You will clean apartments, common areas, and assist with laundry and supply preparation. Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, and stocking bathrooms, polishing surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness across resident spaces.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and verbal communication required.
• Housekeeping and laundry experience is a plus.
• Must pass background check and drug screening as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas in resident apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Use mop, broom, vacuum to clean floors; sanitize and stock bathrooms.
• Perform full cycle laundry for residential and commercial needs.
• Discard trash and manage recycling; handle cleaning chemicals safely.
