Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college encouraged.
• 3–5 years of bartender experience.
• Excellent knowledge of opening bottled wine, pouring, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.

Responsibilities

• Slice and garnish fruit for drinks.
• Know lounge menus and discuss options with guests.
• Keep bar well-stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice and glassware.
• Assist guests in wine/beer choices and recommendations.
• Take beverage orders and serve promptly with attention to detail.
• Deliver checks and collect payments per restaurant standards.
• Prepare and serve lounge food items for guests.
• Ensure legal age verification for customers.
