Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead daily activities and recreational programs for residents.
• Encourage resident participation while respecting individual interests and abilities.
• Lead activities such as games, arts and crafts, music, exercise, and social events.
• Assist with group and one-on-one activities for residents with different physical or cognitive abilities.
• Create a welcoming, positive, and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Encourage socialization and meaningful interaction among residents.
• Assist residents in participating in activities safely and comfortably.
• Prepare activity supplies and set up designated activity areas.
