Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Westerville, OH seeks a Full-Time team member for the 2-10pm shift who provides residents with daily living assistance, including grooming and bathing, and helps maintain their personal environment.

You will transport residents within the community, respond to emergencies, review care plans, and monitor vital signs, working with an elderly population. CPR is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with assistance in activities of daily living such as grooming and bathing.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans and obtaining vital signs.
