Summary:

We're hiring experienced, commission-only sales professionals to drive new business. This is a full-cycle, remote sales role. You will be responsible for sourcing leads, outbound outreach, closing deals, and nurturing accounts.

This role is for independent, high-output professionals only. You will operate as your own outbound engine with tools and support provided. Compensation is uncapped and performance-based.

This role is remote. There is an office in New York City that you may request to work in some days if you would like.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify leads
  • Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Book and run meetings with decision-makers
  • Close deals and drive revenue
  • Maintain pipeline and CRM (tracking performance and kpis)
  • Up-sell and manage existing accounts
  • This is a full time role, 40-50 hours a week is expected

What You’re Selling:

  • Market-targeted lists, curated prospect data, and strategic recruiting intel
  • Deal sizes range from $7,500 to $50,000+

Must Have:

  • 3+ years B2B full-cycle sales experience
  • Cold outbound experience (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Native-level English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work full-time hours remotely (US time zone)
  • Track record of sourcing, closing, and managing your own deals
  • No need for hand-holding, SDRs, or preset meetings
  • US-based or willing to work full-time in US time zone (EST)

Preferred:

  • Experience in finance, recruiting, or data/SaaS sales
  • Existing book of business or relevant industry network
  • Degree in marketing or related subject
  • Specific knowledge of Mailchimp, Linkedin Sales navigator, Contactout, or similar tools

Compensation:

  • Commission-only
  • 10% of total revenue you generate
  • $5,000 Performance bonuses for top sellers (>$100,000 Revenue in any given month)

Performance Expectations:

  • Source 30–50 high-quality new leads per day
  • Send 40–60 targeted cold emails, messages, or calls per day
  • Log and maintain all activity in CRM
  • Run 10-20 calls per week (cold, warm, follow-ups, and closing)
  • Close minimum 2 deals/month after ramp (within 4 weeks)
  • Hit monthly minimum revenue target of $25,000
  • Retain and upsell accounts through strong follow-through

*This is classified as an affiliate partner rather than an employee of the LLC.

**There is no base salary. This is a pure performance-driven role with unlimited earning upside
