Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time Bag Check role in Gardner, KS. You will screen visitors, monitor access points, and deliver professional customer service in a technology, media, and telecommunications setting.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a $19.17 per hour pay rate. You will work 2:00 PM–10:00 PM on Mon, Thur, Fri, Sat, and Sun, performing patrols, incident response, and reporting to

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by following site procedures and access screening requirements.
• Screen individuals and authorized items entering designated areas and report prohibited or suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points, credential presentation, visitor documentation, and deliveries to maintain orderly entry processes.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report to appropriate personnel following post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols and complete required reports.
