Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the facility according to site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Monitor entry points, screening equipment, and designated areas; verify credentials and report access concerns or unusual activity to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
