Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
2. Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
3. Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
4. Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
5. Report any facility issues
6. Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:

1. 18 years of age or older
2. Familiarity with defensive driving techniques
3. Must have valid Driver's License
4. Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
5. Must be willing to work weekends
