Job summary

HopeHealth Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard staff, patients, and facilities across HopeHealth properties. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will perform security duties, ensure compliance with SLED requirements, and maintain firearm qualifications.

The role involves shifts 7:00am–9:00pm, Monday through Saturday, with responsibilities including incident response and teamwork with the security leadership. High school diploma required; CJ degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required; Associates Degree in Criminal Justice preferred.
• Class one Law Enforcement Certification or Hospital Security experience with SLED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, patients, and facilities under the supervision of the Security Manager and Director of Security.
• Qualify with sidearm annually and maintain SLED certification requirements.
• Work shifts between 7:00am and 9:00pm, Monday through Saturday.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
