Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety, security, and satisfaction
• Practice safe work habits, including using personal protective equipment
• Work security checkpoints and complete security tasks
• Inspect all bags to prevent contraband
• Monitor vehicle and employee entry and exit
• Check IDs and control traffic
• Perform security lockdowns after hours
• Conduct patrols and respond to emergencies
• Maintain order in crowds and manage traffic
• Testify in court if needed
• Serve as Park Dispatcher and Emergency Operations Officer
• Act as Security Lead or Officer in Charge in supervisor’s absence

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• State-issued Guard Card
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Ability to handle large crowds and stand/walk for entire shift
