Job summary

Security Management of South Carolina is seeking a Professional Security Officer to protect people and property on site. You will deter crime, detect and report suspicious acts, and ensure client satisfaction through professional interactions with staff and guests.

Typical duties include maintaining security, answering questions, reporting incidents, and coordinating with clients. This is a full-time, multi-shift on-site role with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Citizen of the United States.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a Criminal Record Background Check.
• Pass a 13-panel Drug Test.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Current 3-year Driving Record.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Report safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing.
• Build, improve and maintain relationships with client employees and guests.
• Answer questions and assist guests and employees.
• Answer phones or greet guests/employees professionally.
