Securitas USA is seeking a Flex Security Officer for full-time, covering 2nd and 3rd shifts at Hillsboro and other site locations. You must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. Training is provided; no prior security experience is required.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring surveillance, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to keep people and assets safe. Great benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, and entry points.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarms, and security equipment.
• Control building access by verifying IDs and managing visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and incidents.
• Enforce security protocols and company rules for premises, personnel, and visitors.
• Inspect doors, windows, gates, and equipment to prevent unauthorized access.
• Investigate suspicious activities and security breaches.
