Duties include patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to keep people and property safe. Role emphasizes visible deterrence, safety compliance, and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer/technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong observational skills and quick decision-making abilities.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of premises and entry points to identify security risks.
• Monitor/security equipment, alarms, and cameras.
• Control building access by verifying IDs and logging visitors.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Enforce security protocols and company rules for premises and visitors.
• Inspect doors/windows and security equipment to prevent unauthorized access.
• Investigate suspicious activities and security breaches.
