Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of outdoor areas using foot patrols, a golf cart, and company vehicles.
• Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible security presence and document incidents, hazards, and unusual conditions.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
• Respond professionally to questions while providing outstanding customer service.
• Communicate site policies and procedures in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
