Securitas USA in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Security Officer to protect people, property, and assets by patrolling premises and responding to emergencies. You will monitor systems, control access, and maintain a safe, secure environment for employees and visitors.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a High School Diploma or GED, good computer/tech skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service. Training, uniform, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience is a plus.

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, and entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Security Officer — Full Time

Site Location: Marshfield, WI

Wage: $15.00-$17.00/HR

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
