Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Driver in Minneapolis, MN. You will serve and safeguard clients across industries, conducting patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting access control and alarm responses with a valid driver's license.

The role requires excellent customer service, reliability, and integrity in a team-focused environment. Pay is $18.30 per hour, with a daytime schedule across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law, with licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; adapt to client site conditions.
