Shift: 2nd Shift 3 PM – 11 PM

Season: June through Mid-October

Location: The Country Inn, Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort

What You’ll Do

As a Front Office team member, you’ll be the face of Jiminy Peak—greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring every visitor feels right at home. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Welcoming and checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Answering phones and directing calls with a smile
  • Issuing keys, lift tickets, brochures, and more
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests
  • Using our systems to manage work orders and thermostat settings
  • Providing directions, concierge services, and local recommendations
  • Handling payments and running daily reports
  • Responding to guest inquiries via our messaging system
  • Supporting management with various tasks and reports
  • Knowledge of safety and emergency protocols
  • Keep up to date on resort events

What We’re Looking For

  • Weekend and holiday availability is a must
  • 18 years or older
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for service
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Comfortable standing for long periods
  • Basic computer, typing, and math skills

*This position will report directly to the Front Desk Supervisor/and or Front Office Manager*
