Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Greeneville, TN. This role supports PreK-12 students with therapy, assessments, IEP development, and collaboration with district and school teams.

The candidate will manage a reasonable caseload, participate in planning and documentation, and enjoy guaranteed hours with compensation ranging from $55–$70+ per hour, with W-2 or 1099 options and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology with active licensure.
• State licensure as SLP and ASHA CCC preferred.
• Experience in school settings preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents; proficient with technology.
• Fingerprint background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy and evaluations for students in PreK-12.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and progress monitoring.
• Consultation with teachers and parents; case management.
• Accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
