Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is hiring a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Dearborn, Michigan. This full-time role offers guaranteed hours and on-site service with a manageable caseload.

You will provide school-based speech-language services, develop IEP goals, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student communication. Competitive hourly pay of $55-$70+ per hour with W-2 benefits and professional support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active or eligible Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language therapy to students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention plans.
• Address articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, fluency, social/pragmatic communication, and other communication needs.
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations and interpret assessment results.
• Collect data, monitor progress, and complete progress reports.
• Develop IEP documentation and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related-service providers.
• Provide classroom strategies and recommendations to support student communication.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate service records.
