Job summary

CREST Collaborative is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Andover, MA. The SLP will work with students from Pre-K through Grade 12 in individual, classroom and small-group settings, focusing on social-emotional learning needs, ASD, behavioral challenges and complex communication needs.

Qualifications

Licensed SLP or eligible for MA licensure
Experience conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations
Experience delivering targeted interventions
Experience with AAC (low-tech and high-tech)
CFY applicants welcome
Master’s degree preferred; Doctorate considered
ASHA CCC preferred
Citizenship, residency or work visa required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat students Pre-K through 12 in individual, classroom and small group settings
Deliver targeted speech-language interventions
Support students with Social Emotional Learning Needs, ASD and complex communication needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families
