Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
• Completion of 40 hours BSIS training and most recent annual refresher.

Responsibilities

• Assist with physical security and personal safety measures for clients.
• Patrol the work site on foot to prevent/detect intrusion and protect property entry points.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Perform access control by monitoring entrances and departures.
• Guard against theft and maintain security of the premises.
• Investigate disturbances and respond to alarms.
• Circulate among visitors and employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Respond to on-site emergencies by contacting local law enforcement.
