Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist to cover a maternity leave in the greater Plymouth, MN area. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a 2026-2027 school-year assignment and an October to January start window.

We offer W-2 employment, liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) with company match. You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families while maintaining timely documentation and progress notes to support

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology is required.
• Active Minnesota School Psychologist license is required.
• Background check and drug screening are required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.

Education

Master’s Degree in School Psychology

Active Minnesota School Psychologist License
