Responsibilities

• Assist students with instructional activities and classroom participation as directed by the teacher.
• Support implementation of student accommodations and modifications per IEPs.
• Reinforce behavior plans and assist with behavioral interventions.
• Monitor student engagement during class, transitions and activities; prompt or redirect as needed.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as required.
• Support mobility needs and therapeutic activities as directed.
• Prepare and adapt instructional materials and modifications; maintain data and logs.
• Attend required trainings and complete 20 hours of annual staff development.
• Provide bus run and club support during board-approved hours.
