Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate paraprofessionals to provide one-on-one and classroom support to students in Bucks County, PA. This full-time, school-based role offers daytime hours with holidays off and opportunities to work with students needing academic, behavioral, and developmental support.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, patient approach. Background clearances are required (assistance provided).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background clearances required; support provided.
• Previous experience with children or in a support role preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, patient and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or classroom-based student support.
• Assist students with classroom activities, routines, and transitions.
• Encourage positive behavior and student engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success.
• Help maintain a structured and supportive learning environment.
• Support implementation of educational and behavioral strategies; promote independence.
