Job summary

Medway Public Schools is seeking paraeducators to support students in the middle and high school program for the 2026-2027 school year. Starting date is immediate, with duties including monitoring, data collection, and implementing IEP/Behavior plans under supervision.

Candidates should have a college degree or have completed the ParaPro exam; alternatives may be considered by the superintendent. This is a full-time, on-site role within Medway, MA.

Qualifications

• College degree or ParaPro exam preferred.
• Alternatives as the superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality of student information.
• Assists with IEPs and Behavior Treatment/Discrete Trial/Fade Plans.
• Follows Plans with fidelity and monitors with liaison support.
• Collects educational and behavioral data.
• Assists with feeding, hygiene and toileting as necessary.
• Works with staff and communicates with parents as directed.
