Benson High School operates a central kitchen that prepares thousands of meals daily. The Cook position is full-time with a starting wage of $20.89 per hour, plus benefits. Work 8.0 hours daily, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., August through May when students are in session.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience, 3-5 years of food preparation preferred.
• Cook I and Production training completed with 80%+ in the previous school year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production coordination and forecast food production, schedule tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and provide quality meals to students and staff, including dishwashing and stock rotation.
