CulinArt, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef at CATS Academy, 2001 Washington Street, Braintree, MA 02184. The role supports the Executive Chef, coordinates kitchen staff, and ensures production standards for school dining services. Previous school dining experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous school dining experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils; ensures cleanliness of workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
