Qualifications

• Passed physical examination.
• Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
• Willing and able to climb a six-foot stepladder and lift forty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Keeps building and premises clean and neat at all times.
• Checks and maintains safety features of the building.
• Cleans and disinfects toilets, floors, and furniture daily.
• Conducts an ongoing program of general maintenance and upkeep.
