Madison-Champaign County Educational Service Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in the Graham Middle School Clinic in Urbana, Ohio. Qualifications

• Ohio Board LPN License is required.
• Educational Aid Permit (can apply once selected).
• Criminal records check including fingerprints required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to students in the Graham Middle School Clinic.
• Collaborate with school staff to monitor and support student health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure safety and confidentiality.
