Job summary

Central Maintenance & Service Company in Monaca, PA is seeking a Supervisor to lead a cleaning team during the 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm shift. This role offers $18.00/hr, a Monday–Friday schedule, and no weekend work.

You will oversee 2 employees, ensure cleaning tasks meet specifications, manage supplies, and respond to requests from management or customers while maintaining a safe, clean facility.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Cleaning experience is helpful.
• Some physical stamina is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Floor care experience with auto scrubber, stripping and waxing floors.
• Ability to pass PA School Clearance Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2 employees.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, restroom cleaning, trash removal and other cleaning duties.
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed per cleaning specifications.
• Additional requests from manager/customer may be required.
