Job summary

Central Maintenance & Service Company in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee a team of 5 cleaning staff, ensuring daily tasks are completed to high standards and that safety and quality are maintained. The role offers a reliable daytime schedule and competitive pay.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a pay rate of $18.00/hr. This position includes benefits and opportunities for advancement within the locally owned company.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Some cleaning experience is helpful.
• Requires some physical stamina.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Floor work experience with auto scrubber, stripping and waxing floors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5 employees.
• Perform cleaning duties per specifications (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, restroom cleaning, trash removal).
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to standard.

JOB DETAILS

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

• Oversee 5 employees
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, restroom cleaning trash removal as well as other general cleaning duties
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed per cleaning specifications
• Additional requests from manager/customer may be required
